ART is happy to let riders explore the Great Allegheny Passage on their own and rents its recumbent cycles for half day and full day trips for individuals, families and groups.

Our costs are comparable to the rental of regular "upright" bikes so try a recumbent bike - see the Great Allegheny Passage the easy way smooth and level.

Allegheny Recumbent Tours currently offers rentals from Confluence, Pennsylvania along the Great Allegheny Passage. Special trips can be arranged with advanced notice. Rentals begin in late April & last as long as the good weather.

With notice, we can arrange transportation back to the trail head after your ride. Our bike rentals are reasonably priced and adaptable to individuals, families (13 years of age and over please!), and groups. If you can ride a bike - you can ride a recumbent.

Recumbent tricycles are available for individuals with balance problems thanks to the Somerset County Tourism Grant Program.

Pricing for our recumbents is competitive and discounts are available for groups larger than 5!
